Fair questions

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. The 14-day trial is full access with no card required. If you like it, pick a plan; if not, your account drops to the free plan — no surprise charges.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

It's yours. You can export everything — jobs, diaries, receipts, contacts — as JSON or CSV from Settings at any time, on any plan. Cancelling doesn't delete your records.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes — SiteAide runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Nothing to install from an app store, and your data follows you across devices.

I'm not techy. How hard is this to learn?

If you can send a text, you can run SiteAide. Most builders have their first job set up in five minutes. And the AI assistant inside the app can answer "how do I..." questions whenever you're stuck.

How does the Xero connection work?

You connect your Xero account once from Settings. From then on, tracked job costs can be turned into draft invoices and pushed straight to Xero — you review and send from there. No double entry.
